Actor Mizobata Junpei (19) recorded the CM narration for Disney's "High School Musical The Movie" blue-ray DVD (on sale June 10, 4935 yen) and DVD (3360 yen) at a studio in the Metropolitan area on 28 May. The movie depicts the story about a group of high school students who are anticipating their imminent graduation.

Mizobata shared a memory from his high school days. "I really liked the culture festival. I danced wearing girl's clothes. Borrowing my (older) sister's bra and mini-skirt, I sang Kumi Koda's 'Butterfly'. I thought I was good, but children began leaving," he laughed. Recently, while on location filming BOSS, he asked Toda Erika who was putting on make-up "Is it fun?". "Yup it is~" was the reply. Now Mizobata has begun to practise curling his eyelashes.

On turning 20 on the 14th of next month, "I'll work hard and be dutiful to my parents. Being an adult = filial piety. That's what it means to me." It's his way of 'graduating' from being a child. The CM will air from 6 June onwards.

Recently, I'm always in short sleeves and sandals! Feels like it's summer already (^_^)v Are the students already wearing their summer uniforms? Please give me an answer!

Summer Drama

Good evening! !

I think many people already know this, but I'll be in a Getsu 9 drama from July onwards, which stars the cool Yamashita Tomohisa-san.

It's a story about management of a basketball club. I've begun practising basketball, today too I'll be heading for practice in the evening after work with the rest of the cast members and coach (^_^)v

It's the first time that I'm learning how to play proper basketball, these practices are really tough but fun. The atmosphere is enjoyable as men's conversations are taking place!! (^O^)

I will provide more information once the details are ironed out.

Tomorrow too, I will work hard for the filming of BOSS!! (*^o^*)

I have read all the comments.

I paid special attention to the severe comments, and take them sincerely.

I'm in a position where I should be repaying the fans' kindness and support for me, but my careless behaviour, as was reported, has instead caused concern. Upon reflecting on the matter, once again, I am truly sorry.

It's been 2 years since I've arrived in Tokyo, and I have been blessed with work. I might have lost sight of what is most important.

There were times when thoughts like "I don't seem to be myself" or "I didn't use to be this way" crept in. I disregarded the advice and attention from my family and the people surrounding me. I gave in to temptation at the expense of my job.

Because of my folly, such events have arisen, and it is now that I fully realize that I had forgotten what is most important to me.

For the warm-hearted fans who might be hurt, the trouble that I have caused to my family and staff and betraying the trust that you have put in me, I am deeply sorry.

I am really grateful for the work that I have right now.

I have reflected on my self-conceit and lack of vigilance, and recalled back the feelings that I had during the time of my debut. I'm taking this experience as an opportunity for self-renewal, and to persevere in my daily work.

To the fans who were worried about me, thank you.

I'll work hard filming BOSS tomorrow!!

FRIDAY

So here's the breakdown.

* Late one night, Junpei together with 3 guys and 3 girls went to a restaurant in Shibuya. Junpei was seen leaning his head on the shoulder of a tipsy Reina.

* After they left the restaurant, they went for karaoke.

* At some point in time, the 3 guys left, leaving Junpei with his harem.

* After that, one of the girls took a cab and left.

* Junpei, Reina and Satoumi left the karaoke place.

* The 3 of them took a cab and headed to Reina's place.

* They spent 5 hours there then Junpei and Satoumi left Reina's place together.

* Walking close together, they dropped by a convenience store, bought drinks and stuff and headed to Satoumi's place.


Comment from Junpei. "That evening was the first time I met Satoumi-san. As pointed out by Friday-san, I went to her house. I am conscious of the fact that Satoumi-san is a beautiful lady of the opposite sex. I will reflect on this incident deeply."

Team BOSS is really close. They're even together at lunch time.

It looks like they're out on an excursion.

KenKoba-san said to Mizobata-kun,

"Today Junpei isn't genki [upbeat], usually you're really noisy."

"Did something happen yesterday?" Tamayama-san joined in, laughing.

"Nothing of that sort~ I'm always the same," replied Junpei-kun.

Sitting at the side, Nukumizu-san was smiling.
